- Drive customer usage and adoption
- Maintain and improve training material and onboarding collateral, including User
Guides, Knowledge Base, Webinars and Video Guides
- Deliver pre-sales / post sales presentations, face to face and online training.
- Work with broader technical team to feedback customer feedback and requirements.
- You must have a passion for technology and strong technical abilities.
- Experience in reporting, analytics, or BI platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluation using both qualitative, quantitative methods.
- Strong Project Management and organisational skills including attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
- Experience in Databases, CRM platforms (Salesforce advantageous)
- Sound usage of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
