Responsibilities:

  • Work in shifting schedules
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Checking of inventory
  • Manage customer service representatives/clerks
  • Handle escalated situations
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas
  • Comply with supermarket’s security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Train and ensure staff are working efficiently

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Leads by example
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
